Refund policy

Order cancellations

Cancellation or address-change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to help, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Swim-mask hygiene

Because this product is worn on the face, used swim masks cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please check the strap and facial seal before use.

Start a return

Email nikolaiklaus06@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If approved, we will provide the correct return destination and instructions. Do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly with photos if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
